First Time Registrations
If you are registering for the first time on our website, please go to the Registration button on the top right of our home page and create your family's account. Once you have created an account, you can use the Login button going forward. Available programs for each child should automatically load.

Registration Information

25-26 Basketball

Welcome to the 2025-2026 Basketball season!

Beaverdam Basketball offers recreational league play for boys ages 5-18 and girls from ages 5-14. We strive to teach the game, coach sportsmanship, and help the kids gain a love of the sport. Our league plays in the Glen Allen Basketball League.

REGISTRATION

Registration cost is $125 for Instructional (Ages 5-7) and $175 for all other ages. Families with multiple players will get a $15 discount for siblings. The cost includes: gym rental, referees, shooting shirt, uniform shirt and insurance.

Early Bird Registration discount of $15.00 if registered by 10/19/2025.

Deadline for registration is 11/2/25. After that date, we will only accept players if there is space on a team.

PRACTICES:

Practices will be held at the new Montpelier Park facilities, Beaverdam Baptist Church, and Beaverdam Elementary School with the possibility of expanding to other sites depending on how many players sign up.

Practices will be 1 night per week.

UNIFORM:

Each player will receive their own Beaverdam Basketball jersey with their name on the back - to keep after the season! You will need to provide black shorts and socks (whatever color they want!) Our colors are black and yellow/gold.

GAMES:

Western Henrico Middle Schools

Western Henrico Elementary Schools - Instructional

Games are played on Saturdays and Sunday afternoons. Game days will vary each week.

DIVISIONS:

5-7 years old (Co-Ed)

Boys - 8-9 years old

Girls- 8-9 years old

Boys - 10-11 years old

Girls - 10-11 years old

Boys- 12-13 years old

Girls - 12-14 years old

Boys - 14-15 years old

Boys - 16-18 years old

Age is determined by the age of the player on 10/15/25.

If there are not enough players in any age bracket, a Co-ed team will be offered.

If there are enough players for more than one team, there will be a draft to form teams.

Refunds are only allowed PRIOR to the season beginning and uniforms being ordered unless there is an extreme circumstance. Special allowance will be made to a player who makes their middle or high school team and must withdraw their registration because they feel that they will be over-committed. If a team in your child's division is not able to be made due to low registration a FULL refund will be given. Refunds prior to the season will be deducted $10 for processing fees.
